Watch the movie twice in a row. Highlight and select the folder titled Classified.
Watch the movie and then hit play again and if you skip screen and start/stop a few times the emblem will appear. Select the emblem and see a third movie ending. There are about 31 titles on the DVD. Title 1 is the regular movie, Title 2 has a Classified file folder pop up every few minutes. If you select the folder you get information on various Spy related topics. Select the CIA symbols that appear to see deleted or alternate scenes. Titles 3-14 are documentaries about the making of Spy Game. The rest of the titles specify movie trailers and deleted scenes.

Different versions of movies are routinely released on DVD, for different regions, special editions, and so forth. Eggs listed for a specific movie may or may not work on other releases, so feel free to give them a go.
