Press the arrow left key from the American Idol menu to highlight the AI symbol. Select the symbol to play an audition from the Miami auditions. Go to the third page of the Scene Selection menu, highlight Return to Main Menu and push up on the remote. When Justin gets the sparkle on his teeth hit enter to see Ryan Seacrest's special surprise to the judges.
 Different versions of movies are routinely released on DVD, for different regions, special editions, and so forth. Eggs listed for a specific movie may or may not work on other releases, so feel free to give them a go.
