Davenport Museum of Art

The museum is building a new, expanded facility to be able to display more of its permanent collections. The target date for completion is 2002. The museum is interested in loans from the National Museum of American Art, National Portrait Gallery, and Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden to complement its own exhibitions. There is also an interest in several Smithsonian art educational programs.
