I am being asked to insert a CD.
 
There are two reasons why you may receive this error message:

  1. You have installed a patch/fix/add-on that is not compatible with this version of the product.

  2. You are attempting to run the product on a computer that does not have a CD or DVD Drive.

    If you do not have a CD/DVD Drive on your current computer:
    Sometimes your product will not work correctly on a computer without a CD/DVD drive. There is no workaround for this issue. If you encounter this error, please contact our customer service department for further assistance.
