There are 3 reasons why you might receive an error when attempting to reactive or retrieve your code or reactive the product.
You purchased your product from a site or store that is not affiliated with our downloadable services. Unfortunately, unless you purchased the product from us, we cannot provide you with a new activation code or any additional support. You'll need to contact the original vendor for more information and assistance.
You have incorrectly entered your Activation Code. Please ensure that you have the correct Activation Code and use your computer's copy/paste function to enter the code into the preceding page - DO NOT RETYPE THE CODE by hand. To Copy, highlight the activation code using your mouse and then press CTRL-C. To Paste the activation code from your email receipt, put your cursor into the box you want to paste into and press CTRL-V. If you need more help with the COPY/PASTE function, please press your F1 key and search for COPY or PASTE in the help dialog that appears. Please be sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of your activation code or email address. Be sure that the product you are currently attempting to reactivate is the same product that you originally purchased.
Your email address has changed since you purchased this product. Please try the email addresses you originally used when purchasing this product.
