General Site Support Issues
My credit card is being rejected when placing an order.
 
If your credit card is being declined when trying to place and order through NCBuy, there are 3 possible reasons why:

  1. You may be trying to use a card we do not accept.

  2. Your address or name does not match the address or name on file for that card or your card has been blocked in our system because of suspected fraud. To correct this issue, please re-enter your credit card billing address and name exactly as it appears on your billing statement.

  3. You have insufficient credit to cover the cost of the purchase. If this is the issue, please contact your bank directly to resolve the issue and try again.
