General Site Support Issues I didn't receive my activation code or receipt after placing an order.
Receipts for all orders containing invoice numbers and / or software activation codes are sent automatically to the email address that you provide at the time of purchase. There are 3 possible reasons why you may not receive your email receipt at the time of purchase:
Your spam or junk mail filter is set very high and correspondence is being blocked from your Inbox, or your Inbox is full.
Solution: Be sure your junk mail filter is not too sensitive and that your web server and your own email settings are not blocking messages. If you do not receive your receipt immediately after purchase submit a request that your receipt email is resent to you. If your email account is setup to file unknown or suspected spam emails to a separate folder, please be sure to check that folder for your receipt.
You entered your email address incorrectly in the purchase field.
Solution: Submit a request that your receipt email is resent to you. Include the correct email address, your first and last name, and the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card you used to make the purchase.
Your original purchase did not go through.
Solution: check your email for a receipt, check your billing statement, and if necessary try the purchase again.
