Haiti Human Rights Report

The Human Rights report is submitted to the Congress of the United States of America by the Department of State. Reports address internationally recognized human rights issues for countries which receive assistance through the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, and all other foreign countries which are members of the United Nations and which are not otherwise the subject of a human rights report under this act.
