Backstreet Boys' Kevin Richardson dons fangs in new movie

-- Paula David - Fourth Estate Cooperative Reporter

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) - Backstreet Boys' Kevin Richardson will be seen with fangs in his upcoming movie "Bloody Indulgent" to be released this year.

In the film, Richardson plays "a drug-addict vampire with different things going on with him" and has a "lot of different issues he's trying to work through," he says in an exclusive interview with E! Online.

While admitting he has not watched any "Twilight" film, he said he watches the television series "True Blood" and that he loves vampire films.

Written and directed by Ken Roht and produced by Kenneth Hughes, "Bloody Indulgent" is a "sexy-violent musical full of personally troubled Vampires, hot dancing girls and boys, drug addled nymphettes, existential zombies and gallons of blood rounding out this French New Wave version of a Pulp Fiction meets Strictly Ballroom romp."

It stars Kevin Richardson, Diva Zappa and Brian Gaskill and is set for release this year.

Meanwhile, the Backstreet Boys will be celebrating their 20th anniversary next year and are planning a world tour and an album release. They have recently been announced to get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2013.
