LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (AHN) -- Hollywood golden couple Heidi Klum and Seal have confirmed they are ending their marriage of nearly seven years. The pair married at Seal's beachfront home in 2005.

German-born Victoria Secret model and "Project Runway" star, Klum, 38, is expected to file papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court this week citing irreconcilable difference.

According to TMZ, which broke the story, Klum is divorcing the singer largely because of his "volcanic temper," which is said to have become too much for Klum and their three children, Henry 6, Johan 5, and Lou 2, as well as Klum's daughter Leni, 7, from a previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore. Reports are that there is no issue of infidelity.

The split could pave the way for a multi-million dollar divorce. Klum is one of the world's most in-demand models. Seal, best known for his "Kiss From a Rose" single, has sold more than 20 million albums.

Klum was married for five years to stylist Ric Pipino. They divorced in 2002 and Klum met Seal in 2003, shortly after she split from Formula 1 billionaire Briatore.
