Los Angeles, CA, United States (Celebrity News Service) - Actress Leighton Meester is suing her mother, Constance Meester for allegedly using money that Meester sent for her brother's medical care on her own plastic surgery.

Meester was sending her mother $7,500 per month to help fund her brother's medical expenses.

According to TMZ, the suit states that Constance used the money for cosmetic procedures that included hair extensions and Botox.

Constance is claiming that the two had an oral contract that requiring Leighton to give her mother $10,000 per month for life.

Leighton is denying that any such agreement exists.

Leighton is also claiming that Constance threatened to file a $3 million lawsuit unless Leighton started to pay her.
