Emeril's New Show Dishes Up Great Ideas This Fall

(AHN Entertainment) -- World-famous chef Emeril Lagasse is serving up something special for TV viewers this fall. Hallmark Channel will be premiering "Emeril's Table," a daily, thirty minute series that will provide entertainment as well as tips.

The show, which is being produced in association with Martha Stewart living Omnimedia, will feature Emeril, as he gives cooking lessons and recipes to five diners on the show. Viewers will be part of the friendly atmosphere in which the chef offers his suggestions.

The show caters to a variety of people, including newlyweds, expectant mothers, and fire fighters. Emeril even answers questions about food issues

The celebrity chef says, "This show is really my favorite kind of cooking lesson." He notes, "It allows me to connect with five special guests at my table as well as the viewers at home."

Emeril has been creating dishes since he was a young boy. He went on to earn a degree from Johnson and Wales University, as well as an honorary Doctorate degree from his alma mater.

"Emeril's Table" premieres September 26 on the Hallmark Channel.
