Seaside Heights, NJ, United States (AHN) -- "Jersey Shore" pint-sized star Snooki is officially charged with disorderly conduct, creating public nuisance, and annoying people at the beach. Apparently, that's a real crime in New Jersey.

On July 30, Snooki, real name Nicole Polizzi, was arrested after she was seen intoxicated in public. Her attorney entered not guilty please to all three charges for her on Wednesday.

Her lawyer is demanding that prosecutors turn over all evidence of her alleged crime, including witnesses, lab reports, photos, and video footage.

Even if she's convicted all of charges, there will be no jail time for her. She faces $2,000 in fines, which her attorney claims is too much given her clean record.

Snooki's next court date is on September 8.
