Los Angeles, CA (CNS) -- Sandra Bullock, Meryl Streep, and Matt Damon are double nominees for the Golden Globes. The stars scored two nominations each for their acting chops in the upcoming 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards in January.

Bullock is nominated for Best Actress Drama and Best Actress Comedy for her roles in "The Blind Side" and "The Proposal."

Streep, meanwhile, scores two nods in the Best Actress Comedy category for her roles in "It's Complicated" and "Julie & Julia."

Damon will be competing against Robert Downey Jr., Daniel Day-Lewis, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Michael Stuhlbarg in the Best Actor Comedy category for his role in "The Informant!" while he vies for the Best Supporting Actor trophy for his role in "Invictus" against Woody Harrelson, Christopher Plummer, Stanley Tucci, and Christoph Waltz.

"Up in the Air" and "Nine" are also mighty contenders in the upcoming awards show, scoring 6 and 5 nods respectively.

The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards will broadcast live on NBC at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 17.
