Bradenton, FL (AHN) -- Local officials reported Monday that they arrested a 93-year old man during a prostitution sting, with the man offering to pay an undercover policeman money for sex. According to authorities, Frank Milio came up to the police officer, who was at the time disguised as a prostitute, and offered $20 for his services. The UPI reported that while denying the accusations, Milio admitted that he was flirting with the officer. "I haven't had that in years," Milio said. "Ninety-three is kind of old." Another 93-year old man was apprehended by the police, as he approached the same undercover police officer and suggested that he was going to offer money for sexual favors. The man, Carlos Underhill, defended that he was merely intending to talk with the "good-looking girl," who he said had eyed him. Underhill said that all he wanted to do was give the girl a ride, instead of letting her stay at the bus stop "with her (breasts) hanging out," quoted the Herald Tribune. According to police, Underhill had told the woman he would return with $30 in exchange for her services. "All I was going to do was talk," he said. "It wasn't for sex. I am 93, you know." Authorities decided to drop the charges, as there was no way to prove that Underhill was really going to return with the money, or do what he said he intended to do.
