NY To Host 4th Annual Doggie Swimming Pool Party

Ramapo, NY (AHN) -- For the fourth consecutive year, all the dogs in Ramapo, New York are invited to an exclusive pool party at Spook Rock Pool. The fourth annual Dog Days of Summer K-9 Pool Party will take place from noon to 3 p.m. on Sept. 9.

The event helps to raise funds for animal care and education about dogs.

According to AP, more than 250 dogs enjoyed canine-swimming in 2006. There were special provisions for smaller dogs providing kiddie pool, while larger dogs used the main pool.
