-- A man who was jailed for urinating in a bottle of Mountain Dew was reported to be suffering from a shy bladder that affects his ability to urinate in public.

Due to that condition, Anthony Mesa, 22, failed to take a court-ordered test. He finally offered to take the test another way, including with a blood sample.

According to Associated Press, Mesa who was a former convenience store clerk in Deltona was sentenced to six month in jail for urinating in a customer's soda.

That customer became ill and began vomiting immediately after drinking the urine-tainted beverage.
