New York, NY -- "Apprentice" finalists Kelly Perdew and Jennifer Massey find out if they get hired tonight (Dec. 16) and no one is holding their breath more than recently fired runner-up Kevin Allen.

The 29-year-old Chicago resident says he has no idea who will be picked and says, "With Donald Trump, the only thing you can't count on is being surprised."

If Allen was doing the selecting, he'd pick Kelly, who he says "...is a better candidate" but admits that the Donald "seems to like Jen."

Allen admits he wishes he was in the final two himself and worries that Trump's decision to fire him for having too many degrees will come across as a criticism of getting as much education as possible.

Still, he's not allowing his own business plans to be trumped by Trump. Allen plans to finish school and is considering some public speaking engagements where he will discuss combining education with real world experience.

But his real goal may be to beat Trump at his own game and become a corporate CEO himself.
