Hooper, CO -- The star-like objects seen from a watchtower in Hooper, Colorado, may not be of this world.

The UFO Watchtower -- which owner Judy Messoline claims is "the only one of its kind in the world" -- is a half dome with a 10-foot lookout platform positioned to look for UFOs.

Messoline claims there have been 31 sightings of extraterrestrial spacecraft from the tower since it was built in 2000 -- including one time when a large aircraft hovered over the area, mysteriously causing all the yard lights in the area to blow out.

Although Messoline can't explain why her small town is a hotbed for UFO activity, it's not hurting her business, since thousands of people visit the watch tower during the summer.

So far, she hasn't come in contact with any "little green men," but she's still holding out hope.

In Messoline's words, "I want one to land so I can get a really good look."
