Italians: Not As Kick Back As You Might Think

New York, NY -- Italy and Mexico are the places people visit to relax and refresh, but you wouldn't know that from the stress levels of the people who live there.

According to a new worldwide survey by Ipsos Global, Italians are the most time-pressured people in the world, with 67 percent saying they feel there is never enough time in the day to get their work and chores done.

Things aren't much better in Mexico's big cities, where 66 percent of the citzens say they feel pressed for time during a typical day.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, only 31 percent of urban Chinese folks feel like they don't have enough time, yet despite having time to kill, 49 percent of Chinese say they're stressed out almost all the time.

Meanwhile, one-third of Italians, Russians and Spaniards feel constantly stressed too.

Finally, 55 percent of Japanese say their lives are so complicated that they feel stressed most of the time -- the highest percentage of any country.
