Everybody's Doing The 'Lynndie'

London, England -- There's a new craze sweeping the internet and it's called "The Lynndie."

Across the globe, camera-toting mischief-makers are snapping shots of themselves mimicking the finger-pointing pose of alleged Iraqi prison scandal perpetrator Lynndie England.

One website -- badgas.co.uk -- has started a contest to highlight the best "Lynndies" and winners so far include a kid "Lynddie-ing" his mother and a man who has "Lynddied" a zoot-suited keyboard player.

Not surprisingly, the 30-year-old London software consultant who runs the website goes by the name "Nobody" to protect his anonymity.

He says all "Lynddies" must target a victim and have a cigarette dangling from their mouth in order to enter the contest.

Some of the more unusual photo victims so far include a sleeping Italian sunbather, a Golden Retriever from L.A. and R&B artists Ashford & Simpson.

The pictures are posted at badgas.co.uk/lynddie
