Las Vegas, NV -- This popsicle packs a pop. A Mexican restaurant in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas is getting a hot reputation for serving margaritas in the form of a popsicle. The margarita pops come on a stick but are served, like all true margaritas, in a salt-rimmed glass. PRAGUE, Czech Republic -- Labor officials in the Czech Republic have convinced a retail chain to drop a plan that would have required women cashiers to wear red headbands on days they were menstruating. Company officials reasoned the headbands would help identify ladies who might need to use the bathroom more often. WASHINGTON -- A U.S. government scientist was busted at a subway station and thrown in jail for three hours. Her crime? Eating a candy bar in the station where eating is prohibited. Police say they nabbed her after she was warned, but she and police say she put the last bite of her PayDay candy bar in her mouth before she entered the station. Still, she was busted because police are cracking down on rising juvenile crime. ALAPAHA, Ga. -- Tall tales and the South go hand in hand, and the story of a 1000-pound wild hog has become local legend in Alapaha, Georgia. The huge hog was allegedly killed last month by hunting guide Chris Griffin who only has a photo of him standing next to the 11-foot swine. He says he and a friend buried "Hogzilla" because the meat wasn't worth eating, but still, the story has been attracting believers.
