Port Townsend, WA -- You say you want a revolution, but you're not sure what to do until happens? A woman in Port Townsend, Washington, has some advice: Decide if you're an agitator, mole or ghost. It's not some form of activist astrology. Claire Wolfe, author of "The Freedom Outlaw's Handbook: 179 Things To Do 'Til The Revolution" (Loompanics), says folks who want change fall into three categories and says agitators are folks like Michael Moore, who use satire, ridicule and their big mouths to get their point across. Ghosts are people who take steps to prevent the government or other institutions from finding out who they are -- such as the guy who gives out copies of his Safeway shopper card in order to fool computers into calling him the "Ultimate Shopper." Meanwhile, moles prefer to work within the conventional structures of society, either as whistle blowers or providing support for "those who fight freedom on the outside." Wolfe says a revolution needs all three to succeed, but admits the agitators, moles and ghosts tend to bicker about which method is the best.
