ST. ANDREWS, Scotland -- Call him Dr. Dylan: Bob Dylan will receive an honorary doctorate of music from Scotland's oldest university, St. Andrews. The folk pioneer -- who received his first honorary degree from Princeton in 1970 -- will accept his new degree next Wednesday (Jun. 23) and then perform two concerts in Glasgow.
