New York, NY -- Designer Doug Wilson has gone from "Trading Spaces" to grading places like bathrooms and kitchens.

The "Trading Places" bad boy is currently on a nationwide search for what he considers to be "America's ugliest bathroom or kitchen" and will make them over as part of a new series, "America's Ugliest."

Wilson admits ugliness is subjective but he's especially interested in seeing toilets with fixtures from 1942 with "...wood paneling, shag carpeting and pink and aqua bathroom tiles falling off."

He's taking nominations at the discovery.com website until May 29 and says winners will appear on TV this fall.

That's not Wilson's only job. Besides working on "Trading Spaces," he's also filming a pilot for a new series, "Moving Up," that shows how different people might decorate the same house differently.
