New York, NY -- Mischa Barton refuses to join the long list of actresses who date musicians -- but she may be protesting a little too much.

The "O.C." sweetheart tells "Teen Vogue" magazine that "musicians seem, if anything, more dangerous than actors! At least actors aren't touring around the world, partying."

Still, if Barton refuses to date musicians, she's not making it easy on herself. She loves going to rock concerts and admits she bought her tickets months ago to see an upcoming concert by The Strokes.
