Flash Lites March 31st, 2004 - Rip 'N' Read Recap

Miami, FL -- Latin superstar Paulina Rubio is pressing into another career, as an editor. Rubio is joining the staff of "Hispanic" magazine, and will officially announce her duties at an April 6 press conference.

NEW YORK -- Sean Penn is currently at the United Nations but, don't worry, he's not influencing policy, just filming a movie. Penn is on location for "The Interpreter," an upcoming suspense thriller starring Nicole Kidman as an interpreter who overhears a death threat.

BERLIN -- Newlywed sexpot Carmen Electra says she wants to have a threesome with Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie -- in a movie, that is. The vampy ex-"Baywatch" babe tells the German magazine "Bunte" that she thinks Johnny and Jolie are super-hot and she'd love to shoot an on-screen sex scene with both of them.

HOLLYWOOD -- Jack Black has landed a role in Peter Jackson's remake of "King Kong --" and no, he's not playing the title character. The eyebrow-wagging "School of Rock" star has just signed on to play adventurer Carl Denham, who brings a film crew to capture the giant ape in the original film.
