Van Nuys, CA -- When professional matchmaker Terry Brussel-Gibbons says matchmaking is in her blood, she isn't kidding. The proprietor of Marriage Minded Introductions is in the fourth generation of her family to make a career out of pairing up eligible men and women. The family business dates back to Brussel-Gibbons' great-grandmother, a Russian matchmaker who could have been the model for "Yente" in "Fiddler On The Roof." Of course, things have changed a lot since Great Grandma Leah was pairing couples in Minsk: Brussel-Gibbons says back in those days, a match was made to satisfy the parents more than the bride and groom. But some aspects of love haven't changed through the ages: She says men still want a beautiful woman and women still want a man who makes a good living.
