New York, NY (WFN) -- A shot of olive oil should be included with the shots of vodka or rum you slam down on New Year's Eve. That's according to Lidia Bastianich, host of the PBS cooking show "Lidia's Italian-American Kitchen." The grandmother of five claims olive oil is one of the best remedies around to prevent a nasty hangover. Bastianich -- who was born in Italy and moved to the U.S. more than 45 years ago -- says the oily hangover cure has been used "forever" by those in her homeland.
