Houston, TX -- Bad boys don't have it so good anymore. According to a survey by Shell Oil, 59 percent of women prefer "good guys." And that's good because that's how 61 percent of guys describe themselves. GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- A Florida man has been arrested for animal cruelty after punishing his pooch by biting it on the paw. The mother of Mount Lee Lacy's girlfriend called the cops because she was concerned about Lacy's unusual discipline method for his dog "Lady." The "Gainesville Sun" reports that when officers arrived they found the Jack Russell terrier's left front paw bloody from a bite and police say the 21-year-old told them that "biting the dog was good punishment and that's how you train them, that dogs bite so that's what they understand." PEARLAND, Texas -- Parents at a Texas junior high school are infuriated at a school police officer who gave out calendars to students featuring explicit details on satanic and sexual rituals for everyday of the 2005 year. The police officer at Pearland High School was supposed to hand out calendars with an anti-gang message to the students, but instead the pupils received the calendar that described such days like Sept. 20 as the "midnight host" day where a blood-type ritual is described and Sept. 23, which advises that an orgy should be had on that day. Investigations are underway to find out what the devil the cop was thinking. TOKYO -- Japanese mall Santas are getting help with their "Ho, ho, hos." According to the AFP, the country's only certified Santa Claus, Paradise Yamamoto, who received a degree from the International Association of Authorized Santa Claus based in Greenland, is teaching the Japanese Santas the history of Santa and proper technique to laughing and handing out presents.
