Modesto, CA (WFN) -- A new trend is bubbling up in the world of bubbly wine. The Andre company has just popped up with a resealable closure that can keep the sparkling wine carbonated for several days and ensures the traditional "pop" every time the bottle is opened. The company calls the innovation a "twist and pop." LOS BANOS, Calif. -- Police in Los Banos, California, are trying to decide if they should fine a man who tried to build a fence in the middle of the street in front of his house. Eighty-seven-year-old Bernard Gardner said he was trying to reclaim part of his property he says the city took from him when they widened the street in the 1940s while he was off fighting in World War II. City crews stopped Gardner's erection of the fence, which had damaged the street due to one of Gardner's neighbors using a jackhammer to dig three post holes in the middle of the street. CINCINNATI -- In what may be a new regional medical record, a Cincinnati woman has had a 66-pound tumor removed from her body. It took four sets of hands to lift the slippery, watermelon shaped, non-cancerous ovarian tumor from the body of Grace Radtke. Doctors believe the tumor could have been growing for up to five years. The now 160-pound Radtke tells the AP, "It didn't feel normal. It was like a long pregnancy." NEW YORK -- An eBay listing advertising a Manhattan judge for sale has been pulled from the internet auction site. Housing court Judge Jerald R. Klein was put on the auctioning block under the title "Judge for Sale" by a disgruntled litigant in a landlord-tenant dispute which the judge was overseeing. After four days on Ebay, there were 21 bidders, with the best offer being $127.50.
