New York, NY (WFN) -- If the reality of working with Donald Trump turns out to be too much for "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic, he can always find work in reality TV.

"Apprentice" creator Mark Burnett says the qualities that Trump looks for in hiring someone to run one of his companies are the same for him when looking for someone to work in reality TV.

As such, Burnett says Rancic, last year's "Apprentice" winner, has the experience and entrepreneurial spirit to work for him if he tires of Trump.

But Trump thinks runner-up Troy McClain is just as qualified for reality TV. Not only was he hired to emcee at various Trump hotel events but McClain has even been flown to China to host a beauty pageant.

"The Apprentice" holds its second season finale on Thursday (Dec. 16) with a live boardroom and cast reunion.
