Philadelphia, PA -- A group of 1000 expectant mothers is throwing some commonly-held stereotypes about pregnancy out the window.

Sixty-two percent of the women polled by Motherhood maternity clothes say they've had sex with their husband within the last seven days, shooting down the myth that pregnancy kills a couple's sex life.

In addition, few of the women have blown up like balloons with pregnancy weight gain: 57 percent have packed on less than 10 pounds and only five percent have gained more than 30 pounds.

And forget that stuff about pickles and ice cream: 60 percent of the pregnant ladies say they haven't had any weird food cravings.

When asked to reveal their biggest fear about giving birth, 42 percent say they're worried their child will have birth defects.

Others had more humorous worries including, "I won't be able to get my baby out" and "My baby will like my husband more than me."
