Wolfsburg, Germany (WFN) -- German politicians hope to send unemployment levels down the drain by hiring out-of-work citizens to guard graffiti-plagued school restrooms. According to ananova.com, trial runs of the proposed toilet employment plan will start in the Wolfsburg school district in January.

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa -- Nelson Mandela's old prison number is the subject of a battle between the peace pioneer's lawyers and a commemorative coin importer. The number -- 46664 -- was given to the South African president when he was a political prisoner and now it's used as a telephone hotline number for the coin company, which sells coins with Mandela's image on them. However, Mandela's lawyers want to use the phone number to recruit volunteers for an AIDS awareness campaign.

NEW YORK -- A candle maker is brightening up the lives of Kabbalah followers with eight new candles that supposedly "will bring the positive energy of each mood into one's life." The candles are named Power, Prosperity, Evil Eye, Happiness, Sexual Energy, DNA of the Soul, Passion, Spiritual Cleansing and Dreamstate.

BERKELEY, Calif. -- The California Milk Processor Board is milking a new survey that shows 63 percent of parents choose restaurants based on whether or not they serve healthy beverages like milk instead of sugary sodas.
