Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- Jon Bon Jovi is giving music a good name these days. The '80s rock hero has been named the 31st winner of the American Music Awards award of merit and will receive the prize officially at the American Music Awards on Nov. 14. DUBLIN, Ireland -- Colin Farrell is getting support from a fellow Irishman to play a British agent. Pierce Brosnan says he believes Farrell should be the next James Bond in the next installment of the 007 series. Others in consideration for replacing Brosnan as the pistol-toting ladies' man include Jude Law, Hugh Jackman, Clive Owen and Eric Bana. MINNEAPOLIS -- Hamming it up: Olympic gold-medalist Paul Hamm's face is now appearing on cartons of ice cream for Minneapolis-based Marigold Foods. In the gymnast's first post-Olympics endorsement, his mug will appear on packages of butter pecan flavor ice cream with caramel swirls, pecans and caramel-filled chocolate "gold medals." BERLIN -- Internet bidders are willing to pay an arm and a leg for a bronze leg ripped off a statue of Saddam Hussein which American forces toppled in Iraq. The German auction website Azubo.de has placed the left leg of the statue on sale and bids are climbing as high as $4000 for the hunk of bronze -- which measures nearly six feet high and weighs in at 1300 pounds.
