New York, NY (WFN) -- C'mon, admit it: You've stolen a towel from a hotel at least once in your life. Now, one hotel chain is forgiving its linen pilferers and publishing their stories.

Holiday Inn recently released "About the Towels, We Forgive You"": Absorbing Tales of Borrowed Towels," a coffee table book with more than 100 stories of guests who've "borrowed" towels from the 52-year-old hotel chain.

One story involves a man who stayed at a Holiday Inn in Texas and offered a hotel towel to a woman who was wet from standing in the rain. The two hit it off as the woman dried herself, so she wrote her phone number on the wet towel.

Four years later, the couple got hitched.

The hotel is currently accepting other towel-swindling stories at its website, holiday-inn.com/towels.
