London, England -- The "biggest band in rock 'n' roll" is letting fans take a peak behind the scenes of their concert tours. U2 allowed photojournalist Diana Scrimgeour to document their more than 25 years of touring in a new, 300-plus page photo book, "U2 Show" (Riverhead Books). Scrimgeour says it takes a massive team of workers operating with military precision to move the hundreds of people and tons of equipment behind a U2 show. Still, the most important factor in helping the team work almost 24 hours a day is something you might not expect: Breakfast. According to Scrimgeour, "an army marches on its stomach and, believe me, the road crew of a big tour is an army." She says caterers arrive at the concert venue to make breakfast before 6 a.m., and the crew can order all sorts of grub, from fresh-squeezed vegetable juice to eggs to cereal. "Nutrition is important," says Scrimgeour, adding the food is, "a lot better than your average Marriott or Holiday Inn."
