Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- Bobby "Boris" Pickett -- who recorded the 1962 Halloween tune, "Monster Mash" -- is picketing President George W. Bush's environmental policy.

Pickett has re-recorded his classic tune with different lyrics. It's now titled "Monster Slash" and has been set to flash animation at monsterslash.org depicting Bush and his cronies chopping down forests to benefit themselves.

Pickett says, "I decided to do this new recording because, like million of people, I think this president has the worst environmental record in the history of our great nation."

He says this is the first time he's ever been politically active in his career, but it may not be the last.

Pickett says he'd be willing to re-record "Monster Mash" again if, in his words, "I got paid handsomely for it."
