Beijing, China (WFN) -- China has come up with a new car washing technique that sounds like it's all wet. According to the Xinhua news agency, the method only uses 0.3 liters of water, about 1,000 times less water than the traditional bucket method. The car is slightly "moisturized" with water and then sprayed with a cleaning solution. The wash job is currently being tested in Guangzhou, and some car owners worry the chemical wash will ruin their paint job.

The fewest snifflers and hackers are in Springfield, Missouri, where residents bought only half the national average.
