Arlington, TX (WFN) -- Mensa will be looking for those willing to test their intelligence or lack thereof when they hold their annual National Testing Day Oct. 16. Mensa is the egghead organization that only accepts members who scores in the top two percent on an accepted, standardized intelligence test and the brainiacs expect to administer tests at more than 150 test sites that day. Smartypants spokeswoman Catherine Barney thinks nearly 1,500 people will test their smarts this year, which will mark the 100th anniversary of the very first IQ test. The typical person who has taken the test during the annual day of testing is closer to Albert Einstein than Paris Hilton as Barney figures 60 percent who take the test on this day get a high enough score to join the organization. Whoever makes it will be in good company. Some of the geniuses with Mensa membership include Geena Davis, Steve Martin and Jodie Foster. Test sites can be found at us.mensa.org and the test will cost $30.
