New York, NY (WFN) -- When NFL great Tony Dorsett used to play, there was nothing soft about his running style, but nowadays he's trying to help men whose pimping style has gone weak.

Dorsett has joined up with Mike Ditka as national spokesmen to promote a men's health education program sponsored by the NFL and Levitra -- a prescription drug for erectile dysfunction.

Dorsett finds ED no laughing matter and says men need "to quit being so macho," and get checked by a doctor for the disorder as well as other health-related issues.

Getting ribbed for being associated with the little man-helping drug by his close friends isn't a problem for Dorsett. He says they usually just say, "You need to give me some."

Still, the Hall of Fame running back won't say if he is one of the unlucky ones with the problem, but does say in his last physical, he "came out with flying colors."
