London, England -- A lot of dads are sleeping on the job -- at least when it comes to crying babies. According to a study by "Mother & Baby" magazine, 52 percent of fathers pretend to be asleep when their babies cry during the night and 22 percent only crawl out of bed when their wife is already up taking care of the screaming child.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Fame and fortune could be in the cards for a two-legged pooch from Oklahoma City which has learned to walk on its back legs like a human. The 19-month-old labrador-chow mix, named Faith, is being considered for a role in the next Harry Potter movie. Faith -- who stands three-feet-high while walking -- would appear as a mystical creature conjured by a wizard's spell, her owners tell the BBC. No plans have been finalized, but the dog already has her own entertainment lawyer to work out any deals.

BOULDER, Colo. -- The cheerleaders for the Denver Broncos are getting ready for football season to start by getting their teeth polished. On September 17, a group of the pom-pom swingers will be posing for photos -- in their uniforms, of course -- while getting touch-ups at the offices of the cosmetic dentist who takes care of the squad's choppers.

LONDON -- President George W. Bush's ego might take a bruising over a British video which shows a Bush lookalike getting an S&M beating. For its 10th anniversary, lingerie maker Agent Provocateur has the four-minute clip up on its website. It shows a Bush body-double sitting in the Oval Office when a dominatrix wearing stiletto heels marches in, ties him up by the wrists, twists his nipples with a wrench and then whips him on his tighty-whitey clad rear end. By the end of the clip, Bush is joined by a man fully clad in black latex who is led in by a dog leash. The man turns out to be a Tony Blair impersonator.
