Des Moines, IA -- If Howard Stern wants to return to the big screen, there's a big part waiting for him -- as entertainer Tiny Tim.

That's according to Tim's former manager Stephen Plym, who says Stern is the only actor who could portray the man who gave the world "Tiptoe Through The Tulips."

Plym admits he "gets into arguments about this all the time" but says the self-proclaimed King Of All Media "...has the look, the New York state of mind, the hair, and the nose."

But more importantly, Plym says Stern and Tim had an affinity for each other and thinks the shock jock is the only actor who could understand some of Tim's compulsions -- such as a terrible premature ejaculation problem; a love of pretty young women and an obsession with adult diapers.

As he puts it, "Tiny told me, 'Stern's the only one who understands me."

No word on if Stern is interested in playing Tiny Tim but Plym hopes his new book, "Tiny Tim And Mr. Plym: Life As We Knew It" (Edee Rose), inspires interest from Hollywood producers.
