Denver, CO (WFN) -- Men can hand over their spatulas and barbecue sauce because women are now using outdoor grills more than ever. Culinary chef and grill master Jennifer Bushman says women these days are grilling meat instead of roasting or frying it. She's noticed a dramatic increase in her culinary classes, and adds, women are starting to think of the grill as "... an extension of the kitchen, only outdoors." Grilling has traditionally been a man's task, but Bushman is trying to flip this trend and thinks women will be more comfortable cooking on a grill if they use it like an oven.
