New York, NY (WFN) -- The syndicated version of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" is starting its third season with a new lifeline. Starting September 13, contestants who successfully answer 10 questions win a fourth lifeline called "Switch The Question" that allows them to replace a tough question with another randomly selected one with the same value.
