Beer Drinkers Want Bowling, Pool Added To Olympic Games

Boston, MA (WFN) -- This summer's Olympic Games are almost over, but folks are already thinking about which new sports they'd like to see added to the Games in time for the next match-up in 2008.

According to a poll of beer drinkers by Sam Adams, 21 percent would love to see bowling among Olympic standbys like swimming and gymnastics.

Sixteen percent think surfing should become an Olympic sport, while 15 percent would add pool to the Games.

Twelve percent pick dodge ball as worthy of Olympic glory, while six percent think Frisbee golf should be added to the Games.

Finally, two percent of beer drinkers think the college drinking game Quarters should be played in the Olympics.
