Chicago, IL -- The next time you blow a big business deal at work you might want to cut a rug instead of blowing a gasket.

Believe it or not, that's the remedy that a Chicago CEO encourages her employees to use when they need to rid themselves of office stress.

Carolyn Gable, CEO of New Age Transportation -- a third-party freight broker in the trucking industry -- initiated a "Daily Dancing" policy in May of this year.

Gable says the daily boogie sessions started after she sent some of her managers to an Anthony Robbins seminar and they came back telling her the human body shouldn't sit for more than two hours straight.

Now, every day at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., an announcement comes over the company's P.A. system saying that it's time to dance and everyone cuts a rug to "The Electric Slide" or "The Hokey Pokey."

Gable says she has seen the improvement around the office by an increase in revenue of 20 percent, a lower turn-over rate and the fact that workers from different departments are finally mingling.
