NEW YORK -- It's all Greek to Nia Vardalos. Starting Monday (Aug. 16), the "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" star will be hosting a series of specials about her homeland on the History Channel. The so-called "Greek Week" programming includes a special on the ancient Olympics, which ties in with the modern games currently being held in Athens.
