Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- One tactic to win a dodgeball game is to move quick enough to avoid being hit with the ball -- but another little-known tactic involves Twinkies and candy.

The Certified Public Assassins (CPA) dodgeball team reached the championship game of GSN's "Extreme Dodgeball" by applying this attention-distracting strategy against a team of Sumo wrestlers.

CPA team member Michael Constanza says they irritated and annoyed the diaper-wearing Sumos by tempting them with the delicious treats.

The Sumos were probably rubbing their heads as much as their bellies afterward, since Constanza claims he can throw a dodgeball up to 50 mph.

Constanza has been playing dodgeball as long as he can remember and says he has "been blessed with the ability to avoid being hit with any kind of ball."

You can see Constanza and his teammates in the championship game airing today (Aug. 3) on the GSN cable network.
