The group will release a greatest hits album, The Best Of "Everclear 1994-2004," on September 28 that includes two new songs. Meanwhile, bandleader Art Alexakis just served as a delegate at the Democratic Convention. NEW YORK -- "Lord Of The Rings'" hobbit Sean Astin will discuss an even more intriguing tale on tonight's "20/20" (Jul. 30) -- dealing with his mother's mental abuse. His mother, actress Patti Duke, admits she put her kids through "utter hell." NEW YORK -- Singer-actress Brandy is reportedly engaged to Los Angeles Clipper's guard Quentin Richardson according to "People" magazine. The basketball star surprised Brandy with an 11 1/2-carat diamond ring valued at $1 million. MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- "Barbershop" actor Anthony Anderson made an appearance in court yesterday when he stood acused of rape by a woman starring as an extra on the set of his new movie "Hustle & Flow." He and fellow star Wayne Witherspoon were acused of luring the woman into Anderson's trailer then, trying to strip off her clothes and then sexually assaulting her.
